This year, I had help (THANK YOU, Grandma and Grandpa!). This year, I was not pregnant (hurray!). This year, we did not get a flat tire. This year was fun!
Here are a few pictures from SummerFest, a street festival put on by our church to round up a week of Backyard Bible Club days. David and I did not host a Bible Club, nor did we participate in one but we will when all three boys get a little older. As it is, James is still too young for all the VBS programs going on near us.
You’d think a 4 year old would be allowed to go, but 5 is the minimum age for the VBS programs, at least in our town. At any rate, David played in “That 70′s Band” and was probably the craziest guy there as he performed as a Blues Brother. My crazy Dave.
James did have a fun time with the bounce houses. And he enjoyed his first Sprite. “Spicy!”
